The Debi Dawn #1 is in Section 13 of Township 19 North, Range 9 West, in the far northwest of Kingfisher County near Loyal and a short run east of Okeene across the Blaine County line. It is the westernmost of Choate's six Kingfisher County wells and the natural disposal point for operators working both sides of the county line.

Where two counties meet
SH-51 runs west from Hennessey through Loyal to Okeene, and the Debi Dawn #1 sits in that corridor right where Kingfisher County becomes Blaine County. From Loyal it is a short drive; from Okeene, a few miles east. SH-8 runs north–south through Okeene, connecting to Fairview in Major County and down to Watonga, and gives operators on the Blaine side a direct route in.
This is the northwestern corner of the STACK's Kingfisher County fairway, and the acreage here has been developed steadily for years. The Debi Dawn #1 shortens the haul for anyone who has been trucking water east to the Hennessey wells or south into Blaine County.
Operators on both sides of the line
The well takes produced water from northwestern Kingfisher County — Loyal, Omega and the pads north toward the Garfield and Major county lines — and from eastern Blaine County around Okeene and Hitchcock. For operators with leases spread across both counties, having a Choate well at the boundary simplifies logistics considerably.
Choate's Blaine County wells — the Pierce #1-34H and Fox #1-8 near Watonga, and the Fay SWD #1-31 to the west — cover the central and western parts of that county.
